The constant speculations about her personal life gave her a huge attention. The reason for her car accident that took place in Paris, France, was because of the paparazzi chasing her. The driver wanted to be out of the sights of those journalists and speeded up the car which resulted to her death.

After the divorce with Prince Charles there was a belief if the majestic family was engaged in plotting her death. This was the major reason for Diana to refuse for having the government security around her even when many recommended. Diana felt that police was the only government weapon that would lead to her death any second.

There were speculations about her death if it was an accident, suicide or a murder. The autopsy reports revealed that it was an accidental suicide by drug overdose.
