India is the primary destination for outsourcing and shared services companies today. Online Marketing trends, a research analysis have conducted a survey which made striking revelation on Indian work places.

Here is the list of companies that topped the charts in the year 2011.

1.Google India

Here, Google engineers work on projects of massive scale, develop and build great systems, and produce quick and accurate solutions to challenging problems. Right now Google India Bangalore has 1,259 employees working with them and the total voluntary turnover is 30 percent.

The company which started Indian operations in 1921 offers online access to its world-class Card, Financial, Insurance and Travel services and its  Gurgaon branch in India has been bestowed as the sixth best place to work. It registers an employee force of 5,200 and a voluntary turnover of 15.00 percentage. It records a gender ratio of 1:1.33.
